Welcome to Warwickshire Dance Academy (WDA)

Established in 2003, Warwickshire Dance Academy—affectionately known as WDA—has been inspiring young dancers across the region for over two decades. With weekly classes held in Knowle, Stratford-upon-Avon, and Solihull, we proudly teach over 600 pupils every week.

 

We are proud to be the sister school to the award-winning babyballet® in Stratford-upon-Avon, Solihull, and Knowle, offering a seamless dance journey from preschool to pre-professional levels.

 

At WDA, our mission is simple: to make dance a fun, engaging, and rewarding form of exercise. Our classes are designed to boost coordination, rhythm, fitness, muscle tone, self-expression, and confidence in every student. While we offer the opportunity to take dance exams (with a 100% success rate to date!), participation is always optional.

 

In addition to our studio classes, we also provide after-school dance sessions in several local schools, helping even more young dancers experience the joy of movement.

 

WDA students enjoy a wide range of exciting opportunities, including:

• Competing in local and national competitions

• Performing in Festivals and community shows

• Dancing on stage in West End Theatres

• Taking part in magical performances at Disneyland Paris

 

We’re also proud to be home to a national champion competition team, whose dedication, talent, and teamwork have earned them multiple prestigious awards.
